I was born and raised in Utah in a family of six children, five of which were boys. I have been married for more than 25 years. We have a daughter and son who are both adults now. We are also grandparents to a beautiful boy. My husband's and son's hobby is flying, so we fly around the beautiful northwest a lot and around the country during the summer months. While being a stay-at-home mom and raising my children, I taught piano to bring in money for our family. I found that I loved teaching becuase of the joys and challenges it entailed. That is what sparked my desire to become a teacher. I love teaching and am grateful for the opportunity to teacher here at
Pioneer Elementary.
