Mrs. Ford

Hello My Name Is...

Mrs. Ford

Ford

My name is Brooke Ford and I have been teaching since 1996.  I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Childhood Development with a minor in Early Childhood Education from Western Washington University.  I started my teaching career in the Lake Stevens School District where I taught 2nd grade, 3rd grade and then transferred to the gym.  I moved to Texas  for a year where I taught 7th and 8th grade P.E. and Health.  Then I came to Pioneer in 2005 where I have taught 5th grade and most recently, Health & Fitness.   Health & Fitness is my passion and is the perfect fit for me.  I love my job!  Along with teaching I have also coached volleyball, basketball, shot put and discus both at the middle school and high school levels.

I am a proud mom to my fraternal twin boys, Dawson and Cole, who are both 5th graders here at Pioneer.  My husband and I are both natives to Snohomish County and have lived in Arlington since 2001.  We love this community and are proud to call A-town our home.  When I’m not at school I enjoy camping, scrapbooking and riding my motorcycle.
