Hello My Name Is...
Mrs. Ford
My name is Brooke Ford and I have been teaching since 1996. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Childhood Development with a minor in Early Childhood Education from Western Washington University. I started my teaching career in the Lake Stevens School District where I taught 2nd grade, 3rd grade and then transferred to the gym. I then moved to Texas for a year where I taught 7th and 8th grade P.E. and Health. In 2005 I came to Pioneer Elementary where I taught 5th grade but now have landed in the gym teaching Health & Fitness. Health & Fitness is my passion and is the perfect fit for me. I LOVE my job! Along with teaching I have also coached volleyball, basketball, shot put and discus both at the middle school and high school levels.
My husband and I are both natives to Snohomish County and have lived in Arlington since 2001. We are very proud parents to our amazing twin sons, Dawson and Cole, both alumni of Pioneer Elementary School. We love this community and are proud to call A-town our home. When I’m not at school I enjoy playing with our 2 dogs, Kona & Tux. I love to go camping, scrapbooking and sitting on my back patio.
